- Take your course online. Copy and paste your answers into the amazing ISSA CFT Online Final Exam. When you are done simply click the "Submit" button and the ISSA receives your exam. ISSA grades within 72 hours. Now that's fast! There is no quicker way to get certified as a Fitness Trainer in the world.
