  • Proper Breathing/ Valsalva Maneuver - 15 min
  • Proper grips/ supinated, pronated, neutral, thumbless, hook, alternated - 10 min
  • Proper spotting will be integrated in selected exercises
  • Selected Chest Exercises/ positioning, technique, tips - 20 min
  • Selected Lat Exercises/ positioning, technique, tips - 20 min
  • Selected Deltoid Exercises/ positioning, technique, tips - 20 min
  • Selected Triceps Exercises / positioning, technique, tips - 20 min
  • Selected Biceps Exercises/ positioning, technique, tips - 20 min
  • Selected Trapezius Exercises/ positioning, technique, tips - 20 min
