Attending an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer seminar is like receiving a crash course on the real science of training and nutrition. ISSA seminar professors include Dr. Jack Barnathan, Col. JK Taylor, John Schaeffer, Jane Fredrick, and former Mr. Universe Tom Platz.
